Roger’s Auto Service, the oldest full service shop in the Zion area, is now in its 53rd year of serving Northern Lake County and Southeastern Wisconsin. Owners Roger and Kathy Whitmore want to bridge the gap between dealerships and chain stores with a family run auto repair shop dedicated to quality repairs at fair prices.
Having a well-equipped facility offers a one-stop shop that assures complete vehicle maintenance ranging from PM’s ‘Preventative Maintenance’ to comprehensive diagnostics for computer controls and fuel management systems. Our technicians have attended some of the best automotive schools and are all ASE Certified. Together with name brand quality parts means your car gets fixed right the first time.
In 1971, after graduating from Zion-Benton Township High School, Roger and his family opened a Service Station at the corner of 173 and Lewis Avenue. Since many cars broke down on the highway, Roger traded his 1968 Dodge Dart for a 1959 Chevrolet Apache with a wrecker so that disabled cars could be towed in for repairs. Roger’s had operated from this location for eleven years until land was purchased near Kenosha Road and 173, and construction of a larger facility began to serve their expanding clientele list.
When you visit Roger’s you will notice the physical appearance of the shop and equipment and know we stand for professional auto repair and towing. Our trucks are consistently winning awards in competition and coupled with our CDL licensed drivers insures your vehicle will be in good hands with Roger’s.
Roger’s Auto Service now in our 53rd year with my son Reade committing to the goal of Quality Auto Repair with Personal Care.
